Directions, parking, and access
- The 501 Queen streetcar stops at Queen and Victoria, steps from the hospital.
- Queen Station and Dundas Station on the subway are both a short walk away.
- Enter through the Queen Street (Donnelly) entrance or the Peter Gilgan Patient Care Tower entrance.
- Hospital parking is at 209 Victoria Street, on the west side of the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute.
- Green P lots are across from the Queen Street entrance and on Bond Street behind Metropolitan United Church.
- Eaton Centre parking is one block west.
Accessibility
The hospital is wheelchair accessible, with barrier-free washrooms. The Queen Street and Victoria Street entrances are wheelchair accessible.
How to be seen
The orthopaedic clinics are held in the Martin Family Centre, on the Ground Floor of the Donnelly Wing North. To change or ask about an appointment, call the booking desk at 416-864-5280.
A consultation with Dr. Khoshbin needs a referral from your family doctor or another physician. If you think you may need a hip assessment, ask your doctor to send a referral.
Physicians can find the referral details and form on the referral page. Referrals are by fax, and there is no online submission, which keeps patient information off the open internet.
